Ingredients
- 1lb Medium pasta shells, rotini, penne, rigatoni
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 green onion sprigs, thinly chopped
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/4" cubes
- *1 avacado (optional)
Directions

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.

Bring a large Pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pastea and cook until preferred. Drain well and rinse under cold water.

Set aside 1 tablespoon of green onions and half of the bacon for garnish

In a large bowl, combine drained pasta, half of the bacon, chicken, tomatoes, green onions, and cheese.

Add Ranch dressing of your choice, we prefer Greggs Ranch Dressing from Costco. Use as much as you like.

Toss well to combine then refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. This will add to the flavor!

Garnish with sliced avocado if using and remaining bacon and green onions.
Notes
- *Use any type of Ranch dressing you like or make your own. *Purchased Rotisserie chicken is a great choice because it's already cooked and ready to fall apart!*Leftover pasta salad can be kept in the fridge in a covered container for up to 4 days.
