A Family Favorite.
Watch for the puff!! This recipe will feed 6 pretty easily.
Use a 9x13 glass pan if you have it for best results.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 1/2 c flour (all-purpose white is best)
- 1 1/2 c milk (2% tastes best with this)
Directions
- 01
Preheat oven to 425°f.
- 02
Use 1/4c butter, cut into slices and put in glass pan.
- 03
Put pan with butter into the oven to allow butter to melt while you break out your blender.
- 04
Blend eggs on high for 1 minute.
- 05
Add milk and flour.
- 06
Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- 07
Pull your melted butter pan from the oven and pour your eggy goodness into the middle of it.
- 08
Slap it back in the oven for 23 minutes.
- 09
Pull out your dutch baby and serve with whatever topping you want. I enjoy just syrup. Bethany likes jam sometimes, maybe with a little whipped cream.
